I have been saved for 4 years praise God. I came to a Thee Generation Youth Summit and heard the preaching that was there out of 1 John 1:9. I knew that I had sin in my heart that God would forgive and I knew that I had confessed it to God but I also needed to confess it to my parents and family. I called my father that night in the parking lot of the church, and in tears poured out my heart to him. He forgave me and reminded me of Gods everlasting forgiveness which I rejoiced in. When I hung up the phone I felt as if the Savior was holding me in his arms and had forgiven me of my sin—because he had. I thank God for what he has done to me through the Youth Summit and am in total surrender and dependance on God. I have never felt closer to my Savior, Praise the Lord.
