Outreach Campaign

This unusual time in our country is not a time to kick back and binge-watch our favorite show; it's a time to pray and seek God's face for a way to reach our needy world for Jesus Christ!

While most of us may not be able to go soul-winning door to door or to preach to large crowds, we must not let that stop us from total surrender and total dependence to reach the world for Christ!

But that brings up a very important question: how in the world are we supposed to do that when we can't even go out in public? We've spent some time meditating on this and we'd like to present a way that has the potential to reach millions.

And we're going to need your help. Here's what I mean by that.

Record

We asked you to send in videos of yourself sharing your testimony and the gospel and we would stitch them together into a cohesive gospel presentation—from YOU! Your response was amazing—on April 11th, we received 59 submissions from all across the world. Thank you so much to everyone who participated!

Compile

Then, we took your videos and compiled them into a gospel presentation. Because of the huge amount of responses we received, we had to split the content into five videos—each one a cohesive gospel presentation on its own. The first video is complete, but four more will be following in the coming weeks.

By the way, if your submission didn't make it into the first video, don't worry—it will be in one of the future videos for sure!

Share

Now that the first video is assembled and ready to go, we need to mobilize and get this video out there to as many people as possible! We've posted the video on three platforms—Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. This is where you come in.

Please take the links above and share them with anyone and everyone that you can. Share the links via text, WhatsApp, social media, email, in person—pretty much wherever and however you can! Here are some ideas:

Share it with friends via text or some other messaging service. If they're lost, ask them to watch and give feedback. If they're saved, ask them to pass the link along to others.

Share it on social media. Try to think of some kind of catchy statement to get people to click, like perhaps, "My friends and I made this video. It would mean a lot to me if you would watch it!"

Share it with relatives, either via text, on social media, or via email. Make it personal and tell them it would mean a lot to you if they watched the video. This is especially effective if you are in the video.

Post the link on high-traffic Youtube videos. Find a newly released video and make a comment that has something to do with the video with a link to the video.

If you are able, send a private message to online personalities and public figures. If they are saved, ask them to share the link with others. If they are not, ask them to consider what is in the video.

Find news sites that allow you to make comments below the article. Make a comment that ties in to the news story and post a link to the video. You may have to create an account to do this.

There are surely many other ways we can get this video before the eyes of people who need to hear it! If you think of any other ideas, send us an idea at viral@theegeneration.org!

Let's pray that these videos get before the eyes of over a million people. Just imagine—over a million people hearing an appeal from your generation to receive the gospel and trust Christ! That's powerful!
