Why Did This Happen to Me?
We all face challenges in life. Sometimes when the challenges come we find ourselves struggling with the question why did God allow this to happen to me? This session will give you practical help in processing the “why?” question when it pops into your mind.
When life blindsides you, do you run from God—or to Him? Pastor Mawson tackled the raw question every teen faces when life hurts: Why me? He showed that pain isn’t random—God uses trials to shape us, deepen our faith, and point us back to His love.
Instead of bitterness or despair, teens were challenged to see trials as God’s invitation to trust Him more. The message cut through the “why” and focused on the “Who”—a God who never wastes suffering.
