Bobby Bosler: Welcome to the Thee Generation Podcast. I’m Bobby Bosler, and I’m speaking to you today from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, where I’ve had the privilege this weekend of hearing a man of God speak here at church this weekend. His name is Edgar Fagali, and he is a man who’s planting churches all over the Middle East. God is using his life to make an impact in this generation for the gospel.

And I’ve invited him to come onto the program here today and to share his heart for you. And I believe that his burden and his passion is right in line with the passion of Thee Generation. So Dr. Fragali, why don’t you share your burden with the young people with us here today?

It was a great blessing to be at Falls Baptist Church and share my testimony and talk about the Lord. But this morning, today is Monday, and I had the privilege of speaking to young people who are preparing themselves to serve the Lord. As I was standing and speaking to them, I could not help but remember when I was a young man and I was preparing myself to serve the Lord. When I was young, that was my generation.

And I realized that the burden of the gospel and carrying the gospel was on me and young people my age. And I’m very grateful that the Lord was able to use me in those days. And in my church, at work, I had the ability to witness too many people. And throughout the years, God blessed and we have seen many souls saved.

Today, the time has passed and there is a new generation. And this generation is preparing themselves for the future. And this morning I was able to tell the young people that you are the future. I am the present and the past, but you are the future.

And I would like to remind you what Solomon, who was a great man of God and a great king, when he looked at the young people, this is the advice he gave them. He says, remember now thy creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh. Today, young people have the strength, they have the energy, they are able to do a lot. And what Solomon said is that this is the time when you need to remember the Lord.

Many young people think because they are young and time is ahead of them, they can do a lot of things. And they waste their lives on drugs and things that are sinful. And when they opened their eyes, they realized that they wasted their life. They wasted their time doing many things for the devil.

And they are burning their life. The devil consumes your life as he did to the prodigal son. When the prodigal son went to the far village thinking that that’s where the pleasure is, he discovered that there is no joy or pleasure walking with the devil. This is Thee Generation that is going to turn the world upside down.

And there are so many people today who are trying to move the young people away from God into atheism and socialism. But none of this will fill my soul or your soul. What people need is the Lord Jesus. They need the Savior because he is the same yesterday, today and forever.

And Jesus is the one who can feed you because he is the bread of life and he is the living water. If a person drinks from that living water, he shall never thirst again. Young people today need the Lord. You need to go to Jesus and you need to take advantage of the power of the Holy Spirit. man Solomon he look at the young people of his time and he looks at us today and he says that he says at the end you know Solomon lived his life he he he fulfilled every dream a human being can think of and he had money he had power he was a great king but at the end of the day what he learned is the following.

He said, let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter. He said, fear God and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of man. This man gave one advice that God is the one who will fill your soul. It is God who’s going to give you power and give you joy and give your peace in this world.

This morning also I talked about Elisha. Elisha was a young man and he was called by God through a great prophet called Elijah. Now Elijah was a great man of God but he was an older man and God told him your ministry is over go and call Elisha. You know Elisha had many reasons not to obey the Lord.

He was a rich man. He had fertile property. He had a secure job. He had a loving family.

But when God called him, he put all this aside and he followed God. In his heart, he wanted to serve the prophet of God, Elijah. But God took this young man because of his will to serve God and honor him. He took this man and turned him into a great prophet of God.

And Elisha became one of the greatest prophets in Israel. Why did he become a great prophet? Because he burned all the bridges. He took the oxen and slaughtered them and fed everybody.

He burned the equipment so that he will never ever go back to his older job. But he put God first and moved on. And God was able to use Elisha in a mighty way. Sometimes we young people wonder, will God use me?

Who am I for God to use me? God use great people. God use somebody who is highly educated, somebody who is rich and maybe powerful. I am nobody.

But let me tell you this. God looked for people like you, young people like you to use them. And God took a bunch of nobodies and turned the world upside down. Remember the disciples were a bunch of fishermen.

And God took those fishermen and turned them into mighty men of God. It was a bunch of fishermen who carried the gospel into the whole world. And many, many people heard about Jesus and got saved. don’t you ever say I am nobody because you are somebody you are very important in the eyes of God and remember we have nothing to lose in this world the devil is the God of this world and he is deceiving the people of the earth we belong to the kingdom of God we have the power of the Holy Spirit we have the might of the gospel and we have the power of love God’s love filled our hearts and what the world needs today. The world doesn’t need a philosophy.

He doesn’t need money. What the world needs is the gospel that can change their lives and turn them into new creatures, children of God, people who walk in the light, people who have peace. They have a future and the future is with the Lord Jesus Christ. And young people, you are this generation.

You are the young man that God can use to turn the world upside down. We are the children of God. We are the children of the kingdom. We have eternal life.

And someday we are going to go and spend eternity with God. Don’t you like to take somebody with you? Don’t you like to bring people you love so that they also become like you, children of God, and you can take them with you to heaven where you will have fellowship with them forever and ever. I am so grateful that when I was young, the Lord saved my life, and God took the life of me, my life, and God used me to reach the people of my country with the gospel.

But today, because of his grace and his love to me, God opened doors, And our ministry covers many, many countries across the Middle East. Many people are hearing today about the love of God. But I belong to this generation and the past generation. Eventually, my mission will be accomplished and come to an end.

As a prophet Elijah’s mission came to an end. Will you be the Elijah? Will you be the man to take the gospel and carry it into your generation? My prayer is that God will bless you and use you.

Thank you for that so much, Dr. Fagali. And young people, I pray that you will take his challenge seriously. You know, there’s something to be said for burning the plows and killing the cows, so to speak, when it comes to following the call of God.

No turning back, no turning back, the song says. And, you know, Dr. Fagali’s life is an incredible example of that very truth. And I want to mention this.

I would encourage you if his challenge resonates with you. This is an incredible autobiography written by him about his own life that I know will be a challenge to your faith and to a challenge to what God can do in places where we thought it wasn’t even possible. So young people, thank you so much for listening. And don’t forget the message of the gospel, the message of the Great Commission is total surrender to God and total dependence on his power to turn the world upside down with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
